Personal Use License

PMLogos grants Purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the design materials solely for personal use.

Purchaser may use the design materials for personal purposes, including but not limited to personal artwork, crafts, gifts, and personal social media posts.

Purchaser shall not reproduce, distribute, modify, or sell the design materials or use them for any commercial purposes. Purchaser shall not claim ownership or authorship of the design materials.

PMLogos retains all intellectual property rights in the design materials. Purchaser acknowledges that the design materials are protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

PMLogos reserves the right to terminate this license if Licensee violates any terms of this Agreement.
