Joe is one of the founding partners of Medicare Planning Services LLC and is a licensed and Medicare certified agent with over 6 years’ experience. Joe is also the President and Executive Coach at Crossroads Coaching & Consulting Services LLC where he helps groups and individuals regain their focus and understand exactly what’s been holding them back from achieving goals, objectives and happiness in their lives. Joe has over 10 years’ experience as a professional empowerment coach. Joe has always had the passion to help people help themselves. As he approached Medicare age, he witnessed first hand the difficulty in fully understanding Medicare. Fortunately Joe had Lou to consult with and now has a dominate intention to pay it forward by helping others.

Joe is the proud dad to his two boys and lives with his life partner Jill in Fairfield. Jill is a mental health advocate and originally from Las Vegas and has a daughter.

Lou began his 30-year Financial Services career with the Knights of Columbus back in 1991 and held positions of Field Agent, General Agent and Vice President of the Eastern Division over 11 years there. Over the next 20 years, I held various senior roles with Provident Life, Nationwide, Met Life and Prudential. In May of 2012 I launched Elite Financial Services, LLC, a full-service insurance agency, providing, Life, Health, Medicare, Auto, Homeowners, Commercial Insurance and Investments.
I have maintained a relationship with Prudential Securities as my Broker Dealer since July of 2019. In 2022, Joe and I formed Medicare Planning Services, LLC in an effort to help Seniors choose the Medicare option that best suits them.
